Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us and we are committed to doing whatever it takes to ensure you enjoy your purchase and your experience with Ben’s Barketplace.

If you’re not completely satisfied with any item you purchased from Ben’s Barketplace, return it to us with proof of purchase within 14 days from the purchase date to exchange or return an item at its original purchase price.  All returns require a proof of purchase and that you belong to our Ben’s Barketplace Loyalty Program, in order to accurately refund your original purchase price.

Store returns without proof of purchase or after 14 days from purchase date, require Manager approval.  Approved returns without a receipt require a valid ID and that you belong to our Ben’s Barketplace Loyalty Program, in order to return the item for the current price and any refund will be issued in the form of cash.

All returned products must be in original packaging.

Online orders will be refunded back to the original form of payment.

Toys are not indestructible and will not be accepted for return if removed from packaging.

Frozen items must remain frozen.
